SMACNA National Pledges $10,000 Matching Grant To Help MAFC Fight Utilities At Michigan Supreme Court!

The continued utility assault on the Code of Conduct in Michigan has caused SMACNA National to get involved financially.

Michigan Electric Utilities have asked the Michigan Supreme Court to overturn the Code of Conduct. If successful, this could have national implications in other states that have Codes of Conduct. The potential national impact attracted the attention of SMACNA.

In order to help MAFC - which is engaged in this case to defend the Code of Conduct - to pay for legal bills, SMACNA has pledged to match dollar for dollar contributions from Michigan contractors and wholesalers up to $10,000.
